Terms and Conditions

1. SUBJECT

These Terms govern:

  • use of the sites:
  • the sale of experiences, events and gift vouchers
  • wallet/credit management
  • booking Direct Booking and On Request activities

2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

Kanito operates as:

1️⃣ Marketplace platform that connects users and professionals
2️⃣ Direct seller of experiences and events organized or marketed through WooCommerce
3️⃣ Issuer of Gift Cards and Digital Credit (Wallet)

Depending on the service purchased, Kanito can act:

  • as an intermediary
  • or as a direct seller

The nature of the service is indicated on the relevant product page.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

The user must:

  • be of age
  • provide truthful data
  • keep the credentials safe

The account allows you to:

  • book experiences
  • manage the wallet
  • save dog data
  • consult order history

4. EXPERIENCES

Experiences can be:

A) Direct Booking

With date available on the calendar.
The reservation is completed upon payment.

B) On Request

No fixed date.
The booking is finalized after confirmation from the organizer.

5. GIFT CARD AND WALLETS

The Gift Voucher:

  • generates credit in the user's wallet
  • It is valid for 12 months
  • can be used for any available experience

Credit can:

  • cover a purchase in whole or in part
  • be integrated with additional payment
  • remain available until expiration

Kanito can synchronize credit between integrated platforms.

The credit is not convertible into cash.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Payments handled via:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • WooCommerce Payments
  • GiftUp!
  • other providers listed

Kanito does not retain complete card data.

Prices are shown in Euros and include VAT where applicable.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CONSUMERS)

Pursuant to the Consumer Code:

  • For Gift Card purchases: return within 14 days if unused.
  • For experiences with a specific date: the right of withdrawal does not apply (Article 59 of the Consumer Code – services relating to leisure activities with a specific date).

8. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation policies may vary based on experience.
The specific conditions are indicated in the product sheet.

In case of cancellation by the organizer, the user can choose between:

  • reimbursement
  • reprogramming
  • wallet credit

9. RESPONSIBILITY

Kanito:

  • is not responsible for the behavior of third party professionals
  • does not guarantee specific results of the activities
  • is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the services

Animal experiences carry inherent risks.

10. TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS

Kanito does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the platforms.

Interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons are possible.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All contents of the site are the property of Kanito Srl.

Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

12. CHANGES

Kanito may modify these Terms.

Changes will take effect upon publication.

13. APPLICABLE LAW

Italian law.

Competent court:

The Court of Rome shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, except in cases where the User is a consumer pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, for which the Court of the consumer's residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction.
