Let's explore Mount Soratte with our dog trainer, a fascinating and isolated mountain in the Tiber Valley, once sacred to the Sabines, Faliscans, and Etruscans, and later to the Romans, who worshipped the god Soranus Apollo here. The mountain continued to inspire mysticism into the Christian era, hosting hermits seeking peace and solitude.

During this special day, we will visit ancient hermitages and churches, reaching the summit of San Sebastiano at 700 meters, where you can admire a spectacular 360-degree panorama, from the coast to the Apennines. The karst and limestone formation of Soratte makes it even more unique, with its landscape marked by caves and pits created by erosion and, more recently, by historic 20th-century bunkers.
